XI Royale utilizes zero-knowledge asset verification. We do not solicit, store, or accept your Fantasy Premier League login credentials or passwords. Account verification is conducted via automated scraping of the official Premier League public profile, confirming that a user has temporarily appended an assigned 6-digit cryptographic verification token to their team name.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your XI Royale account login session and for restricting unauthorized access to your device.

All deposits, wagers, entry fees, and prize distributions are denominated strictly in Kenyan Shillings (KES). Transactions are processed via Safaricom Daraja M-Pesa APIs. Deposited funds are credited to your internal platform wallet and may be used exclusively for competition entry or withdrawn in accordance with standard withdrawal thresholds.

Withdrawals are remitted solely to the verified Safaricom M-Pesa telephone number associated with your profile. XI Royale complies with all anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) directives enforced under the laws of Kenya.

XI Royale is completely independent and is neither affiliated with, endorsed by, nor sponsored by the Premier League or the Football Association. All player statistics, match scores, bonus point allocations, captain multipliers, and automatic substitutions are derived programmatically from the official Fantasy Premier League (FPL) API.

Data Finality Doctrine: Payouts and standings are finalized when the official FPL event state updates to finished: true and data_checked: true. Any subsequent retroactive statistical corrections, post-match appeals, or manual point deductions executed by FPL after XI Royale settlement has closed will NOT alter or reverse completed distributions.

The Make-Your-Own Challenge (MYOC) engine operates under three deterministic scoring tiers:

• Bullseye Tier (Exact Score): Applicable to targets below 60 points. The user's exact final net gameweek score must equal the selected target.
• Corridor Tier (Window): Targets between 60 and 83 points. User wins if their score lands within a 3-point inclusive bracket [Target, Target + 2]. A 1-point buffer overflow earns a 50% entry refund.
• Threshold Tier (Open Ceiling): Targets 84 points and above. User wins if their final net score is greater than or equal to the selected threshold with no upper limit.

Stacked Boosters: If a ticket incorporates optional modifiers (e.g., Clean Sheets, Captain 15+ Pts, Full 60 Mins), all selected conditions are conjunctive. Failure of any single booster results in ticket loss, regardless of whether the core points target was satisfied.

To ensure odds fairness and protect against retroactive chip activation, users must truthfully declare any active FPL chip (Triple Captain, Bench Boost, Free Hit, Wildcard) at ticket creation.

If our verification crawler detects that a user declared "No Chip" but activated a chip in their official FPL squad for that gameweek, the ticket will be classified as DISQUALIFIED (Anti-Arbitrage Violation) and the entry fee will be forfeited.

XI Royale deducts a transparent platform administrative fee (rake) from the gross prize pool of peer-to-peer competitions and private league pots to cover M-Pesa transaction costs, server infrastructure, and prize custody. The applicable fee percentage is calculated automatically and displayed prior to entry confirmation.

To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, XI Royale, its parent entity, directors, and technical infrastructure providers shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from telecommunication delays, Safaricom network downtime, or official Premier League API outages. Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to your participation on the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any legal proceedings shall be resolved exclusively within the competent commercial courts located in Nairobi, Kenya.
