Terms of Service & Operational Protocols

Sole Arbitration of Data: The official Fantasy Premier League (FPL) Application Programming Interface (API) shall serve as the exclusive and final arbiter for all statistical data, gameweek occurrences, and points tallies utilized by XI Royale.

Zero-Tolerance Policy on Exploitation: Any attempt to circumvent platform architecture, utilize automated scraping utilities, or deploy multi-accounting syndicates for the purpose of manipulating matchups is strictly prohibited. The Administration reserves the unilateral right to permanently terminate offending accounts and confiscate associated balances without prior notice.

Modifications to Protocol: XI Royale reserves the right to amend these Rules at its sole discretion. Continued utilization of the platform constitutes implicit agreement to any revised provisions.

Mandatory Deadline Adherence: All competition entries, including 1v1 Duels and Multiplayer Pots, are subject to a strict lockout period commencing exactly twenty (20) minutes prior to the official scheduled kickoff time of the first fixture of the respective Gameweek ("T-20 Lockout").

Irrevocability of Entry: Upon the initiation of the T-20 Lockout, user rosters are deemed final and irrevocable. No subsequent alterations, withdrawals, or refund requests shall be entertained, irrespective of late-breaking team news or external circumstances.

Unmatched Stake Protocol: In the event that a user initiates a 1v1 Duel challenge that remains unmatched by the opposing party prior to the T-20 Lockout, the platform's automated engine shall nullify the challenge and remit the original stake in full back to the initiating user's wallet.

Provisional Scoring Acknowledgment: Users acknowledge that all statistical data and implied rankings displayed during ongoing fixtures are strictly provisional and subject to standard FPL auditing processes.

Condition Precedent for Settlement: Prize pools shall remain escrowed and distributions suspended until the official FPL API transmits the Boolean value data_checked = true for the concluded Gameweek, confirming the finality of all backend calculations.

Protection Against Retroactive Deductions: Following the execution of the platform’s final settlement sequence, pot distributions are considered legally binding and immutable. Should the Premier League or FPL enact retroactive statistical adjustments in subsequent days, such anomalies shall not necessitate a recalculation or reversal of settled XI Royale markets.

Exclusive Payment Gateway: All fiat deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively via the Safaricom M-PESA mobile money ecosystem. Users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the mobile credentials furnished during transactions.

Commission and Rake Structure: XI Royale applies a standard, non-negotiable operational commission (herein referred to as the "Rake") to all generated prize pools. This percentage is deducted automatically by the underlying smart contract environment prior to the disbursement of winnings to the victor(s).

Minimum Threshold Compliance: The platform maintains structural minimums for deposits, stakes, and withdrawals to mitigate excessive network transaction loads. Processing failures arising from attempting transactions beneath these thresholds shall not constitute platform liability.

1v1 Duel Parity: In the event of a statistical tie in a 1v1 Duel context upon final settlement, the platform shall classify the outcome as a "Push." Both participants will receive a refund of their initial stake, minus the standard platform Rake, which remains non-refundable for services rendered.

Multiplayer Division: In multiplayer configurations (Pots), if a tie occurs for prioritized payout positions, the cumulative value of the tied tier and the subsequent tier(s) shall be aggregated and distributed equitably among the tied participants (e.g., a tie for 1st results in the summation of 1st and 2nd place prizes, split 50/50).

Survival Configuration: Deadlocks occurring within Survival or Knockout modalities shall result in a nullification of the elimination mandate for the affected Gameweek. All tied participants shall retain their active status through to the succeeding operational cycle.

Symmetry with the Source: XI Royale operates in strict adherence to the FPL's handling of anomalous events. If a fixture is postponed and subsequently expunged from the active Gameweek by the FPL API, it is similarly expunged herein. Roster assets involved will accrue zero (0) points.

Blank and Double Gameweeks: The platform fully processes asynchronous scheduling structures (Blank and Double Gameweeks) explicitly as defined by the FPL system. Strategic oversight and chip management remains the sole responsibility of the user.

Force Majeure Contingencies: In the event of catastrophic interruptions to the English Premier League season (e.g., global pandemics, prolonged suspensions), XI Royale reserves the right to void impacted active competitions and refund uncompleted stakes proportionally.

Banter Room Protocol: While competitive dialogue is an inherent feature of the platform, the transmission of hate speech, discriminatory remarks, or personal threats constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Enforcement actions, including permanent chat bans or complete account revocation, are executed at the sole discretion of the Administration.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XI Royale, its parent entities, officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, API synchronization failures, or unauthorized access to user accounts due to compromised personal credentials.

Indemnification: Platform users agree to indemnify and hold harmless XI Royale against all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of the user’s gross negligence, willful misconduct, or overt violation of the stipulated protocols contained herein.
